Privacy Policy

Effective: June 14, 2026 · Last updated: June 14, 2026 · Apex Development Studio LLC

The short version

This is a pre-launch website. The only information we collect is what you choose to type into the reservation form — your email and a few answers — so we can email you when the app launches. We don't run ad trackers or analytics here, we don't use your data for advertising, and we never sell it. The app itself is being built to keep your practice data on your device, with no account and nothing sent to us.

1. Who we are

Daily Crescendo is being built by Apex Development Studio LLC, a software company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States ("we," "us," "our"). We are the controller of the limited information collected through this website. Questions or requests: support@dailycrescendo.com.

2. This website (pre-launch)

This site exists to describe the app and let interested people reserve a founding price. It is informational — there is no account, login, or payment.

What we collect

Only what you submit in the reservation form:

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, fingerprinting, or session recording on this page. If you never submit the form, we receive nothing about you.

How the form works

The reservation form is processed by Fernand (getfernand.com), our support/helpdesk platform, which receives your submission and creates a support conversation for us. Your information is handled under Fernand's own privacy terms in addition to this policy. We do not use any other processors for this site.

Why we collect it

Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to you and notifying you at launch. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your information.

Retention

We keep reservation data only as long as needed to notify you at launch and improve the product, and we delete it sooner on request.

3. We do not sell your data, and we do not advertise to you

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. This site contains no third-party advertising or analytics, builds no behavioral profile, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Because the app does not track you, it will not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

4. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for anything submitted through the site, no developer-operated servers storing your data, and data minimization (we collect as little as possible). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting information you submitted, we will act as described in Section 8.

5. The app (when it launches)

The Daily Crescendo app is being designed to be private by architecture, not just by promise:

This section describes our current design intent for the unreleased app and will be finalized in the app's own App Store privacy label and policy at launch.

6. Your privacy rights

6.1 Everyone

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email support@dailycrescendo.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request."

6.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. We will respond within 45 days, or notify you and respond within 90 days total if an extension is necessary.

6.3 Virginia, Colorado, and other U.S. state residents

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data — neither of which we do. Email us to exercise these rights.

6.4 EEA & UK residents (GDPR)

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing the information you submit is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you and notifying you at launch.

7. Children's privacy

We do not direct this site to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) through the site. If you believe a child has provided us information through the site, contact support@dailycrescendo.com and we will delete it. Because the app is designed to store data on the device with no collection by us, it does not gather personal information from students even when a younger student uses it; we will confirm the app's children's-privacy posture in its App Store listing at launch.

8. Breach notification

We hold very little personal information. In the event of a breach affecting information you submitted through the site, we will notify affected individuals and any applicable regulators in accordance with applicable state and federal law, within the timeframe the law requires.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and for material changes affecting people who've already reserved, we'll note it when we email you.
