When does the app launch?

It's in active development. The best way to know first is to reserve early access — we'll email you once, when it's ready.

Which devices will it support?

Daily Crescendo is being built iPhone-first. The on-device AI session recaps require an Apple-Intelligence-capable iPhone; the core timer, logging, streaks, charts, and recordings are designed to work more broadly, with the AI features gracefully turning off where the hardware doesn't support them.

Is my practice data private?

Yes — that's a core design goal. Your sessions and recordings are meant to stay on your device and your own private iCloud, with no account and nothing sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is it a subscription?

There will be a pay-once lifetime option ($99.99, with a founding discount for early reservers), plus an annual plan if you'd rather. No subscription lock-in is required to own the app. See our Terms of Service for the details that apply at launch.

How will refunds and purchases work?

When Daily Crescendo launches, all purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't process refunds directly. To move a purchase to a new device, use "Restore Purchases" in the app under the same Apple ID.

I'm a music teacher — can I see my students' practice?

A teacher view is on our roadmap for after the initial release, and we'd love your input. Mention it when you reserve (there's a question for teachers) or email us.

How do I report a bug or accessibility issue?

Email support@dailycrescendo.com with what happened and your device/iOS version. Accessibility reports are a priority — see our Accessibility statement.
